NEW BUILDS
We work closely with the architect and client to thoroughly evaluate the space and fully develop the plans. We learn the about the project’s aesthetic and function, translating these into a cohesive and personalized design vision. Once the design concept is approved we develop the plans, detailed elevations, millwork drawings, lighting plans, and space planning,m. We select and procure all fixtures and finishes and provide detailed schedules for all trades, including finishes, lighting, tile & stone, and budget.
RENOVATIONS
Whether the renovation is a full gut, add-on extension, kitchen or bath renovation or similar, we will guide our clients along the entire way. Renovations came sometimes tend to fall into the same category as new builds with the same idea of developing the new floor plans, detailed drawings, and selecting and procuring all fixtures and finishes.
FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Our full service interior design package includes everything from initial design consult to installation and styling. We work with our clients to develop the needs and wants of the space. This service includes space planning, selecting paint, wall surfaces, millwork, sourcing furniture, lighting, window treatments, and accessories. We have an extensive list of trade exclusive vendors and can create fully customized pieces.
ART CURATING
Upon many years of sourcing artwork, attending various art fairs across the country, and traveling to different parts of the world, Dawn has developed a keen eye to a diverse selection of art. This research and development has led to a special service at the firm. We will personally research, select, arrange, manage, and install artwork for the interior of the project.
